Crystal Potts joins University Relations as the director of state relations

Potts comes to UW–Madison from Wisconsin state Sen. Howard Marklein’s office, where she served as his chief of staff and supported the legislature’s Joint Finance Committee.

Wisconsin partnership program awards community improvement grants
The Wisconsin Partnership Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health has awarded nine grants totaling more than $400,000 to organizations throughout Wisconsin. One project aims to increase access to nutritious summer food program for students including access to fresh fruits and vegetables.
