Governor visits Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery

Governor Tony Evers, Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes and state Representative Chris Taylor toured UW–Madison’s Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery Tuesday to discuss the importance of state investments in higher education. They met with faculty and staff members and graduate students doing research in such fields as systems biology, psychology, data science, tissue engineering and others.
